2. Secure Data Storage & Encryption
All sensitive client information is stored in encrypted databases using AES-256 standards.
Access to client documents, financial details, campaign files, and login credentials is restricted and monitored.
Secure cloud servers with multi-layer authentication are used for data storage.
Data backups and disaster-recovery protocols are maintained to prevent loss due to system failures.
3. Account Access & Permissions
Adyverze requests only the minimum access necessary to execute campaigns and reporting:

We do not request personal passwords. Clients retain full control and may revoke access at any time.
4. Approved Third-Party Tools & Compliance
Adyverze uses secure, verified, and internationally recognized tools and platforms, including:
Google Cloud / AWS
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager
Trusted third-party CRM and reporting systems
Secure payment gateways including Stripe and Razorpay
Our operations follow major data protection and privacy frameworks:
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Applicable local data protection regulations depending on client region
5. Internal Data Handling
All employees and contractors undergo onboarding security training and sign non-disclosure agreements.
Only authorized personnel are granted access to sensitive data.
Access is revoked immediately upon role termination or completion of a project.
No client information is ever shared externally or stored on personal devices.
6. Client Responsibilities
To enhance security, clients are advised to:
Avoid sharing passwords through email, text, or unsecured channels
Grant access through Business Manager / Partner Access rather than personal login sharing
Enable two-factor authentication on all advertising platforms
Adyverze provides free support to assist in secure account access setup.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Client data is stored only for the duration of the service agreement and operational requirements.
Upon service termination, all confidential information is permanently deleted within 7 to 30 days.
Clients may request immediate data deletion at any time.
8. Security Monitoring & Incident Response
We continuously monitor systems for:
Unauthorized login attempts
Malware and ransomware threats
DDoS or bot attack patterns
Platform-specific ad account security warnings
In the case of a potential threat, Adyverze activates:
Immediate access restrictions
Notification to the client
Preventive and recovery protocols

Illegal business operations
Black-hat, grey-hat, or non-compliant marketing models
Products or services prohibited by platform advertising policies
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases where maintaining security and platform compliance is at risk.
